Exchange & Return Policy
You have the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
To be eligible for exchange or return, items must be:
• In their original condition
• Unused and unworn
• With the original tag attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
In-store purchases
Exchanges are available at the same store or any other branch.
Returns must be processed at the same store where the purchase was made.

Defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds
